The three-story, non-smoking hotel is close to Old Town Scottsdale noted for its fine dining, night clubs, and 125 art galleries. Items included with the room rate are an expanded continental breakfast, passes to the nearby Bally Total Fitness, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include eight golf courses, downtown Phoenix, Arizona State University, Out of Africa Wildlife Park, Westworld Equestrian Park, the Mayo Clinic, the Desert Botanical Gardens and shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.

All the suites have a kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster and cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include a work desk with ergonomic chair, high-speed Internet access, television with cable news and movie channels, pullout sofa bed, telephone with voicemail, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.

From Phoenix Airport (PHX) 17 miles: Take East Cities/Exit 202 East out of the airport. Continue on Loop 202 East to Loop 101 North. Travel north on Loop 101 and exit on Shea Boulevard. Turn right off exit onto Shea Boulevard and turn left onto 90th Street. The hotel is on the northwest corner of 90th street and Shea Boulevard.
