New, spacious rooms, lots of restaurants in the nearby area. Continental Breakfast was a recent addition because there was no place to eat it except back at your room. for the money it w3as a terrific buy. $55 a night when the going rate was 179.

Nice room. Sofa, kitchen and bed in a studio type room.

Continental breakfast was ok. You had to go back to your room to eat the continental breakfast. It was a minimal type breakfast.

Extended stay guests say that this Marriott property is in a pleasant, quiet location, the rates are reasonable and the beds very comfortable. Several guests said the kitchen was big enough to prepare a lunch or light evening meal but not sufficient for a full family meal. Most guests said they would certainly stay at this property on their next visit to Scottsdale and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
