I have a dust mite allergy. They made my stay tolerable. they went out of their way for my needs. Concierge was not helpful. Our reason to be in AZ was hard, but their attentiveness made it easier.

The resort was Beautiful! It had great features for everyone in my family, starbucks for me, a great pool for my daughter, and a nice lounge/bar for my husband. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in put it over the top. We will definitely return!!

This was the best hotel we ever stayed in period! Good size rooms, friendly staff, great location for shopping, clean in every respect, meticulously kept grounds and great swimming pools (2 large ones). I recommend this Hotel to anyone. Guaranteed you will not be disappointed!

Really, how is this hotel this cheap!? It is worth more like $*. There are two beautiful pools (one with a volleyball net in it). The landscaping is out-of-this world. This hotel AMAZED me, and I travel a LOT. The great thing is that there are no noisy halls! Every room has a great view; wether the pool, cactus gardens, or one of the grassy parks. Inside, the rooms have many amenities. The dressing room is great for families that want privacy. The ceilings are beamed. The bed is so comfortable. One wall is all window (but they have drapes). Trust me, this hotel is a MUST!

We thought is was great! The room, the pool, the bartender at the pool, the staff, the restaurants! The spa services were a great price - for a reason, the room was inside the restroom at the workout facilities (which were great!), but hearing the toilet flush while you're getting a message doesn't work for me! If you really want spa treatment, theirs one next door that supposedly is fantastic!! But other than that, we'll go back!

The grounds are beautiful, pool is heated. The staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean. Food is rather expensive. Highly recommend town car service for transportation needs. Cleaning service was excellant. Overall, very nice four day visit.
