The 180-room Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Old Town provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The five-story, non-smoking hotel is close to the fine dining, nightclubs and art galleries of downtown Scottsdale, known as the Beverly Hills of the Desert. The nearby Scottsdale free trolley goes to the Main Street Arts District and the Scottsdale Civic Center. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Other area landmarks and attractions include eight golf courses, downtown Phoenix, Arizona State University, Out of Africa Wildlife Park, the Desert Botanical Gardens and shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.

Those in Scottsdale to see the sights said this Courtyard was the ideal base. The rates were affordable and the rooms clean and comfortable. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to find cookies, coffee and cold drinks waiting in the lobby and the swimming pool was the perfect place to relax. All the rooms have a well-lit work desk with high-speed Internet access, Internet browser television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail.
