The beds were very comfortable the pillows were very soft I travel with my personal pillow butthe ones there are great. The service was good. My mom forgot her toothbrush and they gave me one as we checked in. The breakfast was good. Everything was warm and fresh. The receptionist made our stay very welcoming.

We were disappointed that the pool was under construction. We were not told that when we made reservations.Most importantly the front door was not working late New Years Eve. There was a side door next to the broken sliding door that could have easily been used. Instead we were directed by a hand written note taped to the broken door to walk around the building to gain entrance via a side door. We rang the service bell to have someone open the door next to the broken slider but no one answered. Finally another guest in the lobby let us in. They had an elderly man that used a cane that had to walk all around the building to get inside. It was sad. I would think that a broken front sliding door on New Year's Eve would warrant an employee standing by to help residents.
