The 123 all-suites SpringHill Suites by Marriott Scottsdale Airpark provides economically priced accommodation equally suited to the business or pleasure traveler. The four-story, non-smoking hotel has one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 30 guests. Items included with the room rate are an expanded continental breakfast or a grab-and-go breakfast bag, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, the West World Equestrian Center, Scottsdale Civic Center, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons Shopping District, Cracker Jax Amusement Park and the Mayo Hospital.

This hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness center. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby including an Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant which provides room service, Carrabba's Italian Grill, the Fox Sports Grill and a Cheesecake Factory. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes. Other amenities include a concierge desk, fax and copying services, daily housekeeping, a coin-operated laundry, valet dry-cleaning and vending machines.
