Unfortunately, the Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale/Mayo has some terrible reviews being published. Overall, most guests that left unfavorable reports felt that they were overcharged for what they got. Guests didn't like being charged for breakfast when so many other hotels provide breakfast for no charge. Also, one visitor felt that she was treated poorly by the hotel staff and that the rooms weren't clean enough. Also, hotel staff were noisy in the halls until late at night.
