Location to old town was excellent. It would be nice if there was a selection for non-smoking or smoking room when applying for room. It was hard sleeping in a smoking room for non-smokers.

The dinning area could be a little larger and more selections.

Was placed in a Smoking Room the first night. Was changed the next day.

This is a wonderful 3-star property. It is near almost every major tourist spot in the area and it is located in Scottsdales historic downtown too a real plus for those who would like to be in the heart of it all. The suites are very clean in this hotel and they are well-equipped. The hotels long list of amenities is one thing that many guests appreciate about the place but what really wins the hearts of tourists is its exemplary customer service.
