For the price, can't beat it. It was recently renovated and it looks like new. The desk person was professional, courteous, and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and varied. Wouldn't hesitate to make a return trip.

Walking distance to Chase Field and downtown area.

Stayed in room next to stairwell (noisy at times).

There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 48 guests.
