Surprisingly for the star level, this was a suite, which was good. The room was big enough and useful for a longer stay (one bed). But the refrigerator was very noisy, keeping me awake at times. And an alarm went off in some other room for an hour between 5 & 6 a.m. one night - also keeping me awake. Otherwise, it was a good experience - especially for the money.

The hotel is clean and whereas most hotel do not charge for wireless internet. This chain does at certain location.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Bare bones location for 2 stars. No daily maid service. Had only a change of towels one time and stayed 4 nights. If you want fresh towels more often you have to ask. You also have to empty your own trash. The bed was also very uncomfortable and on the first night I asked for extra pillows and was told that none were available.
The location was great.
The lack of everyday maid service.

This hotel is the best place to go to if you are planning an extended stay in Phoenix. The suites are very spacious and tidy. They are also very clean. The only downside is, the internet is not free. There is a one-time fee for you to be able to use the internet and if you check out earlier than scheduled, you would be paying more. These are a few things that guests should look out for.
