Great location for Phoenix airport without the noise. Room was large, adequate and clean. Would never mistake this as a resort, but served its purpose. Breakfast bar was very good -- quite bountiful with lots of choices, not just starches. Eggs seemed reconstituted, but meats were excellent.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Always responded with any requests. Restaurant staff very pleasent. Great experience. Very close to major roads and freeways.

Hotel service was excellent. They saw to my every need. The floors in the room could have used a good vacuuming. But other than that, it was a real nice way to relax after a long day.

The warm cookie at check in was definitely a plus after a long day of travel! The room was great, well cared for and in good condition. I ate at Belvedere's and they were great about meeting my dietary needs. The fitness room had very old equipment that did not function properly. That was the only real dissapointment

What a great place to stay. The location suited us quite well since it was very convenient to airport, food, etc... The staff was very gracious and helpful and the room was very nice. The overall experience was exceptional. Even though the temp reached almost 120 degrees our trip was great.

This hotel met all our needs. We vacationed with another couple. Rooms are large and clean. Pool was great with a wonderful hot tub also. Convenient to most everything. Highly recommended

We booked smoking-allowed rooms, but these were not provided. Room service delivered cold food; some rooms were never properly cleaned.

We were really happy with this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rooms were a good size, the living room was comfortable for watching tv. The bathroom was small and needed more places to hang towels, since they advertise that they prefer to conserve water here. It's easier to save your towel when you have a place to hang it. Used the fitness center and pool -- both were great.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet, despite being within earshot of the pool area. The staff was gracious and helpful. I had some trouble with the outside security gates reading my room key, but otherwise an overall great hotel experience.

We had a beautiful King suite. It was spacious and extremely clean and new. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast (complimentary) was outstanding. We would definately stay there again

We only stayed one night but it was well spent. Being close to the airport made travel time minimal. The two room suite was great for four people. The best part was the included breakfast. Most hotels provide doughnuts or cold cereal. This buffet offered that plus eggs, pancakes, fruit and much more.

My husband and I went to Pheonix to visit our son and his wife, who is expecting. I chose the Double Tree Hotel because the name was familiar to us. When we arrived we were welcomed and we were given directions to our suite. Our suite was more than we expected. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast buffet.
