Customer Reviews for Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

Nice Weather - posted on 03/07/2007

We came to Phoenix to escape the cold weather of New York. We loved the hotel. The pool was nice and warm and the sleep number beds were a welcome change. Only complaint was that there was no game room for the kids. Great service from all the staff members.

Weekend Stay - posted on 09/13/2006

Hotel is very nice. Rooms have sleep-number beds which were fun to play with. My two complaints are: 1) the free breakfast buffet is no longer available on weekends; 2) wireless internet access was unavailable because their DHCP servers weren't working. Front desk didn't seem too concerned.

Great Looking Hotel - posted on 02/17/2006

We were surprised on how beautiful the hotel was. You can tell everything is brand new and it was just wonderful. The sleep number bed was comfortable to sleep on. The staff was very accomadating to our needs and everyone always had a smile on their faces. Next time we stay in Phoenix, the Radisson will be our first choice.

Wonderful Trip - posted on 06/16/2005

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Phoenix Airport Hotel, and boy were we surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures we saw on the internet. You could tell they've had a complete makeover and it looks wonderful. The lounge was a great place to hang out and eat with plush leather chairs and a friendly bartender. Peter at the front desk was also very helpful. He was always pleasant when giving directions or offering choices for things to do. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to phoenix.

What a Change - posted on 03/16/2005

I stayed her last year, and the rooms were not very good. What a difference a year makes. It is obivious that this hotel has put a lot of money into renovating this hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and completely brand new. The pillowtop beds were so comfortable to sleep in, they reminded me of home. The furniture and carpeting are also all new. The lobby area looks much better as well. All that is left to finish is the fitness center and this hotel will be 4 star quality. Can't wait to visit again next year.

What a Change - posted on 03/15/2005

I stayed here last year and what a difference. The rooms have been completely redone. They have all new furniture, carpeting, and beds. Nice pillowtop beds were a welcome change. The pool area and fitness area were still under construction, but I'm sure they will be just as nice as the rest of the hotel. Radisson has spent a lot of time and money making this hotel look beautiful. Service was also wonderful in all areas of the hotel. Can't wait to stay here again next year.
