This is my families second trip and we have enjoyed both stays very much. The rooms are very clean and spacious and accomodating to our family. The pool area was great. Drinks at snack bar a little spendy, but not bad if only having one! Definitely will come back again!

I was traveling w/ my 2 teens (14,15) to visit relatives. Have stayed at other S. Mtn area resorts. This was smaller, but more relaxing. Room was spotless. Super-fresh sheets. Kitchette was nice to have. Beautiful views and golf course. Staff was nice, but didn't go out of their way. Pool was smaller than other area resoirts but very nice. A good experience. I would recommend it or stay again. Location is a ways from the "action" of ASU or Scotsdale.

The check in at this hotel was terrible! We waited for a very long time, they were inadequately staffed and not very helpful. The hotel itself is not within walking disatnce of anythng, but is a short hop to anywhere on the nearby interstate. The good news is the rooms were clean and spacious, the restaurant service and food was great, and the massage was one of the best i have ever had

Never have I stayed at a resort with friendlier staff. The grounds are beautiful and the activities at the pool were an unexpected treat.

The pool area was great especially with the kiddie pool and music playing. The landscaping was nice, but first they gave us a room with a parking lot view. The really annoying thing was the "time share" push. They tried several times including leaving us voice messages in the room. The restaurant food was surprisingly good and reasonable.

The resort was great. We did not golf but enjoyed shuffle board and tennis as well as the pool. For our family, the small kitchenette was great for snacks and breakfast. Pool is nice with added enjoyment of live music Sunday afternoon.

Had trouble with housekeeping. Room was not cleaned some days; we ran out of toilet paper. One other problem: When we checked in we were not given a hotel card for charges and had trouble when we tried to bill our drinks to our room at the pool bar. We had to pay cash, since we were never given the card. Overall, a nice hotel, but service needs improvement.

Very well kept, clean. The grounds are beautiful. Our only disapointment was that the room we reserved 2 months prior was not available when we arrived. We had to spend one night in a studio because the condos were all occupied. The restaurant food was good, but pricey
