The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, a 20-minute drive from the Sky Harbor International Airport, is perched on the Phoenix North Mountains. The hotel boasts luxurious amenities and the finest service. This all suite hotel offers multiple options for dining and recreation. Special amenities and services, including playpen, children’s menu and babysitting service for family travelers are also provided for convenience and comfort. All travel conveniences- gift shop for personal products and souvenirs, coin laundry, foreign currency exchange desk, beauty salon and ATM- are within the premises of the hotel.

This plush resort has everything required for a complete and wonderful vacation and business trip. Especially, it is an ideal place for family travelers. Most of the guests were happy with well-appointed, clean, comfy suites with gorgeous views, food, pools and price-performance-ratio. However, they griped about inconsistent and slow service. Getting around this huge property was difficult for some of them. Cost of internet and overcrowded parking were other major concerns. Each well-appointed suite consists of two rooms. High-touch and high-tech features, such as the Hilton Alarm Clock Radio with MP3 and the Hilton Serenity Bed & Bath™ collection are provided in all the suites. The Hilton Serenity Bed™ features decorative bed throws, Touch of Down and bolster pillows, down duvet, Hilton Linen program, Super Topper mattress pad and Suite Dreams mattress and box for a deep and restful sleep.

Amenities offered

The Falls Water Village, covering three-acre area, has a 138-foot water slide, eight swimming pools, two hot plunge spas, a restaurant and private cabanas for frolicking and relaxing. Golf buffs would love testing their skills in the on site 18-hole championship golf course. Try some massages in the Tocaloma Spa & Salon to rejuvenate tired muscles. Or just laze around in the sauna. They can enjoy American food and beautiful views of Phoenix at Different Pointe of View. Mexican cuisine can be sampled at La Cantina. The thirty-six event rooms with total floor area of 65,000 square feet are well equipped for conventions, meetings and other events.
