The resort was beautiful--reminded me of Mexico. The rooms were large and the view from our balcony as well as the comfort of our bed was heavenly. The pools need to be better monitored. The cabana was great, but almost the same price as our one night stay for a 8hr rental. The room service was not up to par. The food was expensive, which would be alright if it wasn't cold and tasted good. Service was pretty good. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful views, pools, suite very nice and spacious, beautiful grounds.

Internet was $12/day, parking difficult on steep hills, room service was not good, and main pools were crowded and a little dirty.

Each well-appointed suite consists of two rooms. High-touch and high-tech features, such as the Hilton Alarm Clock Radio with MP3 and the Hilton Serenity Bed & Bath collection are provided in all the suites. The Hilton Serenity Bed features decorative bed throws, Touch of Down and bolster pillows, down duvet, Hilton Linen program, Super Topper mattress pad and Suite Dreams mattress and box for a deep and restful sleep.

This plush resort has everything required for a complete and wonderful vacation and business trip. Especially, it is an ideal place for family travelers. Most of the guests were happy with well-appointed, clean, comfy suites with gorgeous views, food, pools and price-performance-ratio. However, they griped about inconsistent and slow service. Getting around this huge property was difficult for some of them. Cost of internet and overcrowded parking were other major concerns. A few guests were disappointed with overpriced food and shabby suites.
