The friendly and efficient staff at this airport hotel earned praise from many former guests. Several clients had to leave very early to catch flights before the 6.30 breakfast buffet was open. When they checked out, the front desk staff provided them with coffee and a breakfast bag. This special treatment insures that those travelers will use the hotel on future visits to Phoenix. Most travelers who have stayed here say the rates are very reasonable if you take advantage of all the items that are included with the room rate.
