Hilton Suites Phoenix in Phoenix Arizona

The atrium of the hotel was nice, but not as nice as the picture on the site would suggest. We got the romance package, which got us a standard suite and some minimal upgrades. The suite was spacious, but not really luxurious. The champagne never showed up (for which the staff apologized profusely) and when we called in our "made to order" breakfast, there was a restriction that we were not notified of. The overall stay was nice, but not worth the $. (one note: having Honey Bear's BBQ across the street was a definite plus...mmm.)

The food is not up to Hilton standards - selection is poor. Room service slow (45 Minutes) and food was served cold and overcooked.
