The Hilton Suites Phoenix hotel in the downtown Phoenix is an all-suites property. The Phoenix Convention Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, Biltmore Fashion Park, Arizona Center, Scottsdale Stadium and Surprise Recreation Campus are a few minutes away from the property. Several businesses are within walking distance. Complimentary shuttle takes guests to attractions, sports and entertainment venues, eateries and shopping areas located within 2-mile radius. The hotel in the middle of the Central Business District lends itself to the magnificent views of the city skyline and fountain. An ATM, a gift shop, concierge desk, shoe shine stand, news stand and ice machines are located within the premises.

This centrally located hotel welcomes pets. The hotel received mix reviews. Some visitors appreciated spic and span, comfy and peaceful rooms, good food and polite and professional staff. Others were quite disappointed with non-functional in-room amenities, bedbugs and dated and worn-out furniture. Poor service was another major issue.
