The 81 all-suites SpringHill Suites by Marriott Metro Center Mall provides affordable accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, the US Airways Center, Peoria Sports Complex, downtown Phoenix, IMAX Theatre, Bank One Ballpark, the BLM National Training Center and shopping at the Metro Center Mall across the street and the Arizona Mills Outlet complex. All the suites have a pantry area, wet bar, mini-refrigerator and microwave oven. Other features are a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone with voicemail, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

This hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and an exercise room. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby including a Black Angus Steakhouse, Bobby Q’s barbecue, Fuddruckers and a Red Lobster.
