This motel was in a very seedy part of town with no decent place to eat nearby. And the motel may be located 1 mile from the airport as the crow flies, but not when returning a rental car--about 5 miles.

I think the motel should supply a coffee pot and coffee in each room. I also think that hair dryers would be an asset for good customer service. The price of the room was excellent.

this is a good value for what you get and is centraly located. they just need long distance service.

I enjoy staying at this motel. It is close to the theatre when I attend a function there. One problem: parking for the front rooms is terrible. Being a single woman, I refused to park towards the back of the motel and walk, by myself, to my room. I chose to park in the handicapped space in the front (yes, I do have a handicapped license plate). I really didn't want to do this in case someone else that needed the space more then I did came along; but as I said above, I had nowhere else to park.

For the price, I was more than satisfied. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us return our rental car and get us back to the motel. We are planning another trip to Phoenix and I will plan on staying with them again.

This facility was old and did not look particularly well cared for. Things did not seem to be very clean. We had made a reservation to stay at this hotel at the end of our trip, but decided to cancel and find somewhere else.
