The staff was pretty helpful, but the room itself was awful. It smelt like stale cigarettes eventhough it was a non smoking room. The AC made noises, the water pressure was way too hard, the television was miniature & barely visible from the bed & the bed itself was uncomfortable with scratchy sheets. I would never stay here again. The only perks were the the airport shuttle & free breakfast.

A great location in Phoenix and large, quiet rooms. Buffet breakfast bar has variety for anyone. Staff are attentive.

We stayed at the Phoenix Inn and the staff is the friendliest I have ever seen. THey go out of their way to be sure to acknowlegde you and say HI, they are very courtious, very professional. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is awesome and 2 blocks from a sports bar/restraunt and 3 blocks from a grocery store. Also has an outdoor pool & happy hour.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very proffesional, however, it did not justify the cost. It is an upscale Motel , nothing more.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, awesome breakfast, close to movie theater, mall, dining, cookies & internet in lobby. One of my favorite places to stay!!

This hotel was an older hotel but had great customer svc., great breakfast, the jacuzzi tub in the spa suite was awesome.

Had it not been for the friendliness of the staff at this hotel, I would have given it less stars. They were always so nice to me and to one another. You can get a lot more for your money. The rooms were outdated in horrible colors and poor lighting. The room service was just an advertisement for a delivery service with exorbitant prices. However, this hotel had amenities that save money, such as laundry room, refrigerator, and microwave.In walking distance of food and shopping; right off SR51.
