Some of the best museums, including the Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum and the Pueblo Grande Museum & Cultural Park are easily accessible. The Phoenix Zoo and Arizona Science Center are a short drive away from the property. The neighborhood area has several shopping and dining options. Golf buffs can easily drive up to fine golf courses.

The hotel in unbeatable location offers all conveniences for travelers on a holiday and business. Almost all guests liked its location. Many of them were happy with roomy, clean and quiet suites, spotless bathrooms, several dining options in neighborhood area, pool, service and complimentary breakfast and internet. It was good value for money spent. But unfriendly staff, dirty bathroom, run-down exteriors, outdated interiors and ill-kept accommodations were a major concern of a few visitors.
