This hotel is located near major shopping and restaurants in Phoenix and the price is unbelievable for the middle of winter. The rooms are large enough for 5 people and the two sinks outside of the toilet and shower area is really a plus for our family. The kids really like their free breakfast as well.

Fantastic value for the money.

Mattresses hurt my back, and I rarely have back trouble.

We would book the Phoenix Inn again in a heartbeat. Lovely location, professional, prompt and courteous staff.

Complimentary airport shuttle, complimentary breakfast.

Bananas were old and bruished the entire time we were there 4 days.

Parking was an easy short walk and the people at the hotel were great. Great value and environment, and a nice indoor pool. Just a nice place to stay, I highly recommend them.

Continental breakfast had great spread and fresh fruit in lobby.

TV picture quality was poor on a few channels.

The hotel in unbeatable location offers all conveniences for travelers on a holiday and business. Almost all guests liked its location. Many of them were happy with roomy, clean and quiet suites, spotless bathrooms, several dining options in neighborhood area, pool, service and complimentary breakfast and internet. It was good value for money spent. But unfriendly staff, dirty bathroom, run-down exteriors, outdated interiors and ill-kept accommodations were a major concern of a few visitors.
