We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The entire surrounding inside of the hotel gave me a feeling of serenity.

Excellent free breakfast, enjoyed free cocktails, nice pool area. Lobby was nothing special and the location wasn't the greatest. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a quality hotel with a top quality crew of employees that provided prompt, efficient and friendly service. That is the view of several visitors to Phoenix who stayed at this Embassy Suites. There were some minor moans that the location was not in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Despite this most clients said they had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers and said they would stay here themselves on future visits to the area.
