Never Fails to Disappoint - posted on 01/23/2006
After several regrettable visits (at my employer's insistence) I conclude that this hotel needs new management and a clean sweep of personnel to even graso the basics of guest service and hospitality.
Stay at Courtyard Phoenix - posted on 12/05/2005
The hotel has been recently remodeled and looks very nice. The rooms are a little small but nicely appointed and clean. The hotel offers a breakfast but they charge a tad to much and should consider the free continental breakfast that other competing hotels offer.
Great visit! - posted on 10/31/2005
My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and were extremely impressed with the comfort of the beds! Neither of us could remember when we'd slept so well. And the staff was SO friendly and helpful!! If all hotels were so wonderful, we might travel more!
A hand out - posted on 09/06/2005
No matter how the staff failed to help, or after you declined their "help" to do the most mundane things, there they were with their hands out. It is apparent that the staff are unpaid here in spite of the high prices. Somebody tell these guys to earn a tip, you need to DO SOMETHING!
Bed too small - posted on 06/27/2005
This hotel worked for us- however I was very uncomfortabler in the tiny bed.
Great for Summer Stays - posted on 02/15/2005
Great rooms! Clean, spacious and well maintained! Summer rates are great. You are within walking distance of many shops and the rooms are great! Covered parking is available (a must in Phoenix during the summer) and just minutes from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Tempe.
