This hotel works hard to accommodate all travelers. Front desk offers business services, such as faxing, and each room has free high-speed internet access. Vacationers have premium cable tv and an outdoor heated pool to help them unwind.

This hotel has regularly received dismal reviews. From shady late-night check-in procedures to backed up drains, stale smoky smells in non-smoking rooms and mystery charges on people's credit cards. Some guests have been pleased by the overly helpful staff and breakfast selection, but overall this does not seem like a good place to stay. It is extremely convenient, located directly on I-10 and easy to find (and leave again). One guest said Steven King should write a book about the place while another compared it to the setting of a David Lynch movie. All things considered, it is not recommended. Basic rooms come equipped with televisions, computer hook-ups, iron and ironing boards, refrigerators, and microwaves. The hotel offers free coffee and free newspapers on weekdays. Guests with special requests will find non-smoking, and pet-friendly rooms available, as well.

Later, feel free to stop at the front desk to send a fax, or get directions to the nearby zoo or botanical gardens, Diablo Stadium or the Arizona State Fairgrounds.
