Lovely hotel. Very close to airport with great shuttle service. Great dining in restaurant. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Close to the airport, clean, good food. Not exceptional, but nothing wrong with it either. The staff was kind, helpful and the shuttle drivers were cheerful even at 4am.

I had a great stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Barnies was a great place to grab a quick bite in the morning before the meeting. Construction was going on across the street, but it did not affect me at all.

The service was amazing! Would go back, for sure! Wish we could have stayed longer. The airport shuttle was slow to pick us up from the airport, I had to call 3 times. Once they arrived, they were very friendly and offered us water since it was 112 degrees that day. Rooms are very nice, bed are comfortable. Shower temperature nob was backwards. I thought that I was going to have to take a really cold shower. Once I figured it out, it was nice! As far as I could tell that was the only flaw in the building. Restaurant food was good, but expensive.

Generally dislike airport hotels but I would highly recommend this one. Excellent meal, great service, comfortable room and good value. Also the closest hotel to the airport.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a month for business and the serrvice is always great. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and always seem to remember me when I come to check-in. Food in teh restaurant is fabulous and I have never had a problem with any of the rooms I have stayed in. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for your stay in Phoenix.

Stay here often. Service is what keeps me coming back. Wireless internet, good bar and food, close to all freeways, always clean. I think there slogan is "A great place to meet" and I agree for business person with a car. Not much within walking distance, but short drive to ASU, Downtown, Shopping, and within 20 minutes of most of the valley areas.

First Class through out and a great room for the price. Airport proxsimity was not a noise problem. Outside windows needed washing.

This property has been newly renovated and it is beautiful and so convenient to the airport. The service was excellent and everyone was very accommodating. The new rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable and we enjoyed the dining room' s food and atmosphere.
