Ritz-Carlton Phoenix in Phoenix Arizona

Went to Phoenix for a bit of shopping and sun. Really disappointed with the Ritz. Way overpriced for a small room. Location is right in the middle of a lot of traffic. If you have business to attend, this is okay. If you are looking for shopping and relaxation with nice grounds, do not stay here. Go to Scottsdale.

This is the place to stay if you want to be treated like a star. Everyone from the door man to the house cleaner are all 5 star
