The Ritz-Carlton is located in the charming financial, dining and shopping district- the Camelback Corridor- of the city. The hotel is known for its exciting jeep and horse back riding tours to explore the desert. Cultural attractions, some of the best golf courses and eateries are easily accessible from the hotel. More than 120 trendy restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the hotel, a 15-minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The hotel offers all essential services, including airport transfer, dry cleaning, laundry and children-specific. There is a special floor, The Ritz-Carlton Club level, for discerning guests.

This conveniently located hotel, set opposite Biltmore Fashion Park, has everything for a good business trip and holiday. Almost all guests were agreed that location and service were good. But they were not very impressed with facilities. Some of them appreciated clean and comfy rooms with nice fittings while others were unhappy about small and dated rooms in disrepair. The hotel offers both suites and deluxe guest rooms with city or mountain views. The European bath amenities and high-quality terry bathrobes feature in the marble bathrooms. Feather beds and Egyptian cotton linens ensure a comfortable night’s rest.
