We love this Resort. The kids can play in water all day long and the suites are very large and accommodating, nicely appointed too.

The water area's, of course.

Elevators too small and slow, need updating.

Very clean and well kept resort type hotel geared towards families with kids. Business travelers or honeymooners may not appreciate kids running up and down the balconies or crying in the public areas.

Very clean room and grounds.

Horrible service at the "hole in the wall"; food was overpriced and nothing special.

The Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort, near the beautiful Mountain Preserve, boasts luxurious facilities. This Spanish-style hotel, 10 miles from downtown Phoenix, has manicured grounds that cover 27 acres of area. The resort houses the Hole-in-the-Wall River Ranch, a fun land for family travelers. The ranch features a waterslide, slow river for tubing, the prairie dog putting course, waterfalls, pools, Coyote Camp and well-lit tennis courts. The resort, a 12-minute drive from the Sky Harbor International Airport, offers an array of amenities and services for traveling executives, travelers on holidays and weekenders.

The resort, lending itself to the panoramic views of the mountains, is a good place for families traveling with kids. This pet-friendly, easily accessible resort provides a whole range of facilities for a pleasant stay. Almost all guests enjoyed their stay at the property. They appreciated inviting and lush grounds, spa, salon, clean, well-appointed and spacious accommodations, efficient staff and main pool. However, some accommodations are remodeled while others are dated. Shabby in-room amenities, inaccurate resort map, poor service, lack of cleanliness, overpriced food and constant construction work put off a few guests.
