Overall was very convenient. electric outlets were not the best placement for the iron, coffee pot, hot rollers and curling iron.

First night was hard to get comfortable, then when we were able to finally get to sleep, the fire alarm went off which turned out to be a false alarm. The second night was much better. Got plenty of rest!

Staff very friendly, convenient location.

There was a hair in the bathtub so made me wonder how clean the bathroom was?

The entrance and exit wasn't clearly marked but we got around that okay. The Jacuzzi water was not heated. Other than the carpet being slightly dirty I'd say that our stay could be quite high.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Our room carpet didn't appear to have been properly vacuumed.

This is a nice hotel at a nice price. That is the opinion of visitors who stayed at this Holiday Inn. Complaints that the rooms were looking a little tired will stop now that the accommodation has been refurbished. Those who dined here said the meals were reasonably priced and enjoyable. There were good reviews about the friendly and efficient staff who provided helpful hints about the area which proved ideal for first time visitors to Phoenix.
