This hotel is easy to find, aesthetically pleasing, adult and kid friendly.

Hotel aesthetics are appealling, larger pool a plus, suite spacious.

Not enough shower towels, bathroom doors stick.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. The managers nightly reception was a nice touch.
The closet door in our room was off the hinges, the light fixtures above the sinkes were filthy, the ice machine closest to the room and the internet service were not working during the stay.

The pool area and outdoor sitting and dining areas were beautiful.

The room seemed a bit out dated for the quality of the hotel in general.

We requested a corkscrew on our second night's stay - and we never received it! Who knows who ended up with it! Hotel restaurant quality for dinner was quite disappointing. Breakfast service, however, was excellent.

Beautiful lobby, room was spacious and clean.

This full-service hotel has all the amenities and services to make your vacation in Phoenix more memorable. The lobby is impressive and much like other areas of the hotel, it is spotless. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It is a child-friendly hotel and pets are allowed too but there is a weight limit so ask the front desk first if your pet can stay.
