The room itself was much nicer that expected. Kitchen well equipped, separate TV watching/entertainment area. All was comfortable, very clean and nice. However, residents walking around upstairs made sleeping difficult downstairs. Also, I was concerned that my car would be damaged by other cars because the parking spaces were unusually narrow. Continental breakfast choices were fairly extensive.
Large clean room, with kitchen and also sitting area with TV.
Noisy when residents above walked. Narrow parking spaces.

Visitors to Phoenix say this Marriott property offers great value and is ideal for either a one-night stop or an extended stay. Management responded quickly to complaints about slow Internet access. The provider has been changed and those complaints have stopped. There is not a lot within walking of the hotel but access to the expressway is easy putting all parts of the city within a short drive. The employees were complemented for being friendly and efficient. As a result many clients said they would use this hotel on future visits to the area.
