This was my first time in the USA and I found every aspect of the service and facilities to be excellent. I have to give particular mention to the reception staff and the driver of the shuttle bus, for whom nothing was too much trouble. My first experience of the USA was in this Best Western hotel, a group we have used many times in the past in the UK - it felt like coming home, and if the USA matches the experience I had with the Best Western in Phoenix, then I will certainly come again. I can only offer my thanks to everyone I dealt with, as you were part of my experience of a lifetime.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms could be dressed up alittle more. Curtain was broken and did not close all the way. Bar was nice, but small. Food was excellent.

This place has fallen into disrepair. Rooms are dark and dingy. The AC in all rooms were broken so it was hot and stuffy. Staff was "oh well" about heat complaints. Complimentary shuttle costs 9 dollars. Ice machine was empty. TV only had basic channels. Construction all around building.

Overall, a good stay. The room was not the cleanest, and there were a few things that should have been repaired in the room, but the staff was very friendly, and accommodating. I chose this hotel based on close location to a business meeting, and the price and room availability, and was more than satisfied.

the hotel was clean and well kept. the only problem I had was that one of the mattress was kinda springy

Took 3 rooms before we got the correct beds and a clean room. Questionable desk clerk with wrong directions. They couldn't tell us where we could find things we were looking for(normal tourist questions). Candy found all throughout the floor of our room. I'm not sure if housekeeping ever did more than change out the towels and make the beds. Then there was the envolope left in our room looking for tips. Dirty glasses on every floor by the elevators. Pool was very dirty.

our stay was great, service was fantastic, room was excellent it could not go any better and this is very rare.

Hotel and service was good except that hotel receptionist was not aware about our reservations ( 2 peoples involved ).
