Beware Non-Smokers - posted on 03/10/2007
I was completely disappointed with this hotel. The entire 4th floor smelled like a smoking factory, but the entire hotel is suppose to be nonsmoking. Breakfast hours (even room service) are poor for early business travelers. The service staff changed the radio station on the clock radio and turned off the alarm. I was to stay there again in two weeks and after my first night's stay changed my plans.
Great location, nice stay - posted on 12/03/2006
We came for Thanksgiving weekend and found Four Points easy to find, nice and clean, with friendly staff. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the proximity to the freeway made getting around very easy. The only downside was that breakfast was not included.

Its been a long tim since I have stayed in this hotel, and let me tell you the improvements are amazing! The new carpet brings life to a once dead place. The beds are so comfortable I did not want to leave. The front desk staff was very accomodating and made sure I had a room close to the elevator.

the hotel was having some upgrade work being done, but was clean and nice. But the air conditioning in our room made some noise that was bothersome. Not all rooms would have this problem I am sure. otherwise very nice and somewhat upgraded touches.

While the price was great, the hotel was not. The carpets are definately in need of replacment, the elevator makes horrible, scary noises, and there is a funky odor in the hotel.

Called room service at 8:45 and all the staff had left for the night. Room service closed at 9pm according to the front desk

I was disappointed for the price. First we asked for and were guaranteed a rollaway we did not get that night and then the second night after sleeping on the floor..the same thing. For the price our kids had to sleep on the floor. We could not cancel our reservation and ended up spending an additional 150.00 for an aerobed. We should have paid the extra for a classy hotel. A lesson well learned. I hope you don't make the same mistake.

we stayed one night because we came into town earlier than expected. I"m glad it wasn"t any longer. The carpets were old and dingy. Our non smoking room reeked of smoke.the bed was hard.the mall wasn;t very nice but at least it was close to spring training games.
