In the room next to me was a dog and the owners had obviously left it alone. I mentioned it during checkout and I was told there was nothing the hotel could have done. Next time I travel to Phoenix, I will avoid staying at this hotel.

Worst bed all year and we stayed in a lot of hotels/motels in 2006 - 50+.

Though the service was great, the carpets needed cleaning, the TV satellite was inaccessible most of the time, the box springs should be replaced due to holes and there should have been a hot food item with the complimentary breakfast as advertised.

Worst Hotel Experience EVER - posted on 02/13/2005

We checked into what was supposed to be a non smoking room and it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We complained and they sent a young man to spray a disinfectant that covered up the smell for about an hour. Then they forgot to lock the pool and there was a group of people using the pool from 11:30pm to 2:30am and nothing was done till we complained. When we checked out and expressed our dissatisfaction there was no apology or compansation given or offered. No other Best Western ever treated us like this facility I will NEVER stay at this facility again.
