The hotel was clean. The staff was inviting and humorous. The room was extremely cozy and comfortable. I loved the southwest atmosphere! Very nicely decorated.

The people at the front desk are fantastic! The room was very cozy and comfortable.

The only thing that I did not like was that is a smoking room (and you could really tell) since I prefer nonsmoking.

Best Western Phoenix Goodyear Inn is situated just north of the beautiful Estrella Mountains and just minutes from Phoenix by way of the easily accessible I-10. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby tennis, golfing, and mountain biking and climbing opportunities. Mornings will be something to look forward to as a complimentary continental breakfast is served daily; however the hotel also offers its own alternative at the on-site Hoot & Howl Grub and Pub. After a long day guests can unwind in the relaxing cocktail lounge and engage in some friendly conversation with fellow guests. The front desk is available 24-hours a day and often can speak in Spanish.

The entire property is spotless, especially obvious in the lobby. The staff at the front desk is very friendly, professional and extraordinarily accommodating. Accommodations are quite spacious, well cleaned and tastefully decorated. You will most likely sleep comfortably atop the quality beds provided. The restaurant is a great option. Breakfast is pretty tasty, offers plenty of choices and is always fresh. Internet service is sometimes slow.
