There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 35 guests. The hotel overlooks an 18-hole golf course and the Coconino National Forest. Area landmarks and attractions include historic downtown Flagstaff, Riordan Mansion State Historic Park, the Lowell Observatory, Meteor Crater, the Walnut Canyon National Monument, Arizona Snowbowl, the Flagstaff Nordic Center and shopping at the nearby Flagstaff Mall and Marketplace.

Families who stayed here in a two-bedroom suite said it made an ideal base for touring the area. The fully equipped kitchen enabled some home cooked meals and it was pleasant to gather around the fireplace after a day of sightseeing. There is a fireplace, work desk with high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.
