The hotel has two flexible meeting rooms, Whispering Pines and Wild Oaks, available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include the Grand Canyon National Park, three golf courses, historic downtown Flagstaff, Riordan Mansion State Historic Park, the Lowell Observatory, Meteor Crater, the Walnut Canyon National Monument, Arizona Snowbowl, the Flagstaff Nordic Center and shopping at the Flagstaff Mall and Marketplace.

Sadly this Embassy Suites is starting to show its age. Despite this many guests say the property offers good value for money and the employees are friendly and efficient and take care of problems promptly. Many clients enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast and the evening socials. The kitchenettes were another popular feature as was the swimming pool and hot tub. Each suite has a private bedroom and spacious living room and there is a choice of one king or two double beds. Amenities include a kitchenette with granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, two televisions, Internet access, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two telephones with data ports and a dining-work table.
