The property is located at the Idaho Road exit #196 of the Superstition Freeway and enjoys superb views of the Superstition Mountain range. Area landmarks and attractions include golfing, fishing, boating and wilderness hiking, Lost Dutch State Park, Roosevelt Lake, Canyon Lake, Apache Jeep Tours, Apache Lake Marina and Resort, Arizona State University, the Barleen Family Country Music Dinner Theatre and the Boyce Thompson Southwestern Arboretum.

This is not the best hotel in Apache Junction and several guests who stayed here were not totally happy with their visit. We give it the YES rating because the rates are reasonable, and lower than some of the neighboring properties. Most guests had an enjoyable time and said they found the rooms were clean, well equipped and they would certainly stay here again.
