The place was clean, but it would be better if people would smoke somewhere other then the hallways.

Our room looked ok, but looking closer, we found a nasty bathroom with hair all over it & what looked like jelly, furniture smelled horrible, like dirty feet,screens were off windows,fold out bed impossible to sleep on,big bed was warped in the middle, nasty is all I can say!

no AC, no screens on windows, bugs, smelled terrible, no pots, pans, or dishes, three attempts to get correct key, no resopnse to complaints

This is the second time that we have stayed at your hotel. Both times your staff and the rooms were great. Keep it up! Will always call and book with your hotel next time we go to Alaska! Thanks!

I felt very uncomfortable, Felt that the rooms smelt and I wouldnt even shower. The pictures they have posted must have been taken when it was first built.

The outside appearance of this hotel is welcoming and simple. Unfortunately, once you enter your room you find third rate construction; our door was out of alignment with the jam by at least an inch in some places and the floors outside our room were horribly loud. Inside our room, though clean, we found a decrepit old bed without a foundation sheet, exposing a rather crusty looking mattress. We both chose to sleep in our clothes. I would suggest finding another place to stay and spend an extra buck or two.

I found the Executive Suites Inn in Anchorage, Alaska to be be great value for the money. We appreciated the quick and courteous shuttle service to/from airport and train station. If I am ever in the need for accommodations in that area again, I most likely will book with them again.

Clean, comfortable room with a very good, complimentary, continental breakfast. Good location with easy access to downtown and Seward Hwy.
