The staff was excellent. I came in on a very late flight after 1am. Most hotels were full, but when I called the Puffin a guests had just checked out, and the staff cleaned the room within 1/2 hour so I could get some needed rest. Room was comfortable and clean, and the hot waffles were great in the morning.

This is the most over-priced hotel I've ever visited. The beds are hard and the pillows tiny. We paid $per night for a room that was the cheapest of cheap. The continental breakfast was prepackaged, and the coffee the cheapest of cheap.

we had family memebers stay there for my sister's wedding. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were very new, big with refer, microwave and coffe pot in room. That was a big plus.

With Wing i mean building. This hotel has inside and outside entrance rooms. The older section needs some attention but is not bad for a one night stay and is cheap. I love the new building and choose to stay there all the time. All the staff is friendly and the Manager was very nice and concern with his Guests. Make sure you try them and ask for the new Wing.
