The room was clean but, if felt the price was a little high for the quality of the facility and the service. But it was neat and clean .

We just stayed at this hotel in July. Overall I was happy with the hotel. Rooms are large and the staff is helpful. The second room we stayed in had issues though. Air Conditioning was broken, the TV didn't work well and general maintenance had been too long in being done. I think the lobby was also looking like it needed a better cleaning than was done. I do like the proximity to the airport and the price. I would stay there again but just ask for a different room if things were broken.

Sorry, but we had a sleepless night due to air conditioner noise. Tried to watch a movie but the volume on the TV kept changing. That, combined with the AC noise left us less than satisfied. We will not stay there again.

The Microtel in Anchorgae is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and modern and it is very close to the Airport. Compared to others in Anchorage it is priced very well and would recomend it highly.

A little on the expensive side during the summer, though, that seems to be the norm in Anchorage, everything for tourists are overpriced during the summer. My room had a noisey airconditioner you won't need it anyway. Very close to the airport and down town. Better to rent a car. The free wireless internet came in handy for mapquest everyday. You will definitley ask front desk for extra pillows, the ones provided offer horrible support.

When I went to the hotel to check in, the attendant said she was booked and that my reservation was not confirmed. I made reservations online hours before checking in and I had the print out, but we could not stay in the hotel because my name was not on the list. I was very upset with this system.

Staff did a nice job. I felt comfortable and got my money's worth from the stay. I would come again.
