Good value. Room very comfortable, convenient parking. Food was below average and lack of useful items such as snacks, razor, chapstick, bandaids, etc. (there were only touristy items)

When we first checked in, we were welcomed with fresh warm chocolate chip cookies-complimentary of course. The staff was wonderful, always pleasant and eager to help. The hotel offers a free 24 hour shuttle that takes you pretty much everywhere you could want to go. The complimentary breakfast was like something you would order from a restaraunt. They also offered free internet which was a plus. The only bad thing I could say was the pool was a little too cold brrr.... But the hot tub sure made up for it!!

My 85 year old uncle was in Anchorage for medical tests for the week. I moved him from the Marriott Downtown (nice hotel, but not close to the hospital). The rate was reasonable, the shuttle took him to his appointments/back. He was w/in walking distance to Applebee's. He was impressed with all the service, especially the fact they took the time to put restraunt info in the room, coffee, fridge, micro. He'll be back to stay I know it whenever he travels back there. So will I.

Excellent hotel as the service, from the Manager to the Shuttle Driver was first class. Breakfast in the lobby is a definate plus. Good airport pickup-checked in at Midnight from a long Houston flight and was greeted as if we were the only guest's there. Staff very friendly each morning with paper also available during breakfast. These folks know how to run a first class establishment. Would ALWAYS stay here in the future. Easy access to Hwy 1,South or North, as well as downtown and airport. Don't miss staying here on your next trip to Anchorage.

I did not actually stay at the hotel, but when I visited and inquired about reservations I was treated very rudely. She acted like she didn't have time for me. A couple of years ago we stayed at the hotel & it was very comfortable. However, we will not return.

I have stayed at a number of hotels through out my travels. I was made to feel as if I was at home. I stayed during the Marathon and the hotel was busy but I was made to feel as if I was the only guest.

I was very happy with this hotel-they served continental breakfast (great selection) Resturants close by,If you are a none smoker-don't stay on 3rd floor .Has 24 hr airport shuttle.In door pool-BBQ also.
