Hotel lobby is pretty but cramped and definately congested and noisy. The hallways are dingy with all the charm of a bus station. The roooms are bright, nice and cheery with great views - even if a little small. However, the service awful. The front desk is disorganized and seems content with making numerous serious errors. Our week long stay was marked with many examples of needlessly bad service. As I Hilton Gold member I can safely say that this is one of the poorest run properties in the Hilton chain.

I stayed here for a convention. We were asked many times by the staff to keep the noise down when we were walking down the hallwy just laughing our talking. When we checked in the computer system wasn't working and they couldn't issue all our keys and on the last day our keys didn't even work!

Rooms sort of small. When checking out, guy at front desk was a jerk. Bellhops were great.

I loved staying here. We ate at two of the restaurants and were very satisfied with each. The gym was nicely equiped although pool could have been bigger. The rooms are nice and I was told they are doing more upgrades

Hotel rated 3 star should be rated 1 star! VERY, VERY poor front desk service, moved me from room to room & not nice about it, no refer, cold & bland food, hot tub not working, rooms small but cheezy decorations and soiled linens. Will never stay again!!!

Rooms were very nice- nice decor, lots of space, clean, comfy bed, good views. Wireless unavailable in room; have to pay for internet in room. Hotel lobby/front desk is often very busy and service at front could be improved a little. Good location- right in downtown Anchorage.
