Very spacious rooms, microwave and refrigerator a plus. Hotel staff knew you by name. I would stay there again if I could go back.

Near Tony Knowles trail, downtown restaurants and mall--all within walking distance, validated parking nearby, very nice staff, but no computers available for guests.

Its a great small hotel. Run by a super friendly staff. We stay here every year and are never disappointed. It is one of the only places in Anchorage that has air conditioning, compare that to the capt cook (right across the street) at double the price! If you are a light sleeper like me, try asking for a room that is not on the main street, it will make a huge difference. Bar and dining downstairs is top notch! Also everything is in walking distance. Great place.

This is a great downtown location for shopping and dining. The room was clean and comfortable. Ask ahead if late checkout will be allowed, during our stay in late June, they were so busy it was not allowed. We had a great weekend at this hotel and will definitely return.
