This hotel receives less than flattering reviews from a good number of guests. While it is convenient to the airport, some of the rooms need updating. Some guests had problems with cleanliness. Others have had problems with the wireless internet working.

A curious complaint is that, from the main desk, you might be directed to your room located across a very busy street. Hotel staff can direct you to an underground tunnel so you may avoid crossing Spenard on foot.
