While former guests of the Comfort Inn on Carmichael rave about the comfortable beds, generous breakfast, helpfulness of staff and downtown convenience, there were some complaints. Namely, the cost of staying here seems higher than at many other Comfort Inns, and the staff was unwilling to accept one guest's AARP discount. The fitness equipment also received some complaints, though the beds and breakfast, in particular, received stellar feedback.
