too noisy! Can hear all traffic outside, all night. Also noise in hall & adjacent rooms. Day desk clerks not friendly or helpful-worst thing was not being able to understand the young lady-mumbled. The breakfast was way too expensive ($10). We went down the road to Waffle House & there are several close restaurants. We come here yearly for softball & have stayed at this hotel for 5 years but this is the last year we will use this Courtyard. Very disappointed!!!

For a high-end hotel ($100+/night), I was very displeased to find no microwave or refrigerator in the room! On top of that, the breakfast was $10/plate and the staff was rude. However, the maids were very friendly.

I can't say enough about our room and how nice it was. The bed was ultra-comfy; free high-speed internet access capabilities in your room; room service; I could go on and on....

This was my first time at the Courtyard and the experience was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and the newly renovated rooms were beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

Great experience even though the hotel did not hae power most of my stay since I was there during Hurricane Ivan. The hotel stay made the stay as comfortable as possible.
