We had a great time at the hotel, my son 31/2 yrs. old loved the hotel and the room. The Mgr. Mary was great to us and she made our stay enjoyable. Thanks again Chester Ladner

This hotel needs to be upgraded (front door, carpet). The carpet is extremely dirty. It is suppose to be smoke free but it is smokey! I would never stay there again.

We stayed in three hotels on our week trip. This one was the least value for the money. The room was just OK, the breakfast was just OK. There wasn't a channel guide for the TV or list of nearby restaurants in the room. The drain on the tub needed serious attention, there were stains on the carpet in the room and the main door to the hotel lobby was very dirty . I expected more of a Marriott Hotel.

We had a wedding to go to at 3:00 and came in from out of town. Even though check-in is not until 3:00, they worked very hard to have a room clean for us by 1:00. We really appreciated it!

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! easy to find, nice little indoor pool and exercise room. The staff was extremenly located. This hotel is located ver conveniently, jst off of the highway and near many other hotels and restaurants. It looked like some things could use a little more upkeep -- wallpaper scuffed and the elevator seemed a little old and worn down. Although not the best hotel I"ve ever stayed at, it was pretty good value for the money. And I cannot say enough aout how helpful, friendly, & courteoud the staff was.

The hotel recently switched to be 100% smoke free. However, I tried three rooms and they all had been smoked in.

Some of the employees were very nice. The Pool was not available till late Saturday night. One employee said we could go in, after 15 minutes another employee came as said we had to get out because of the chemicals. An hour later we left our room to go out for Dinner and the pool was full of people. The hot tub was outside and no one offered to fill it or show me how to operate the hot tub. I specifically called the motel to verify if a hot tub and in door heated pool were available at this motel. I was informed they were. I was very disappointed.

With indoor pool, fitness room, hot tub and continental breakfast this is super rate and you get great service without hazzle of asking. Friendly and superbly clean.

We stayed here one night to board a cruise ship the next day. The room was very clean, staff very friendly and informative to places to eat & cheap gas in the area !! next cruise we will stay there again !

I've stayed at comparably and slightly lower-priced hotels in this area all of which were a better value. There should be a refrigerator, microwave, better toiletries, softer towels, a firmer mattress, larger TV screen, more breakfast selections

The staff and the grounds, to the contenital breakfast, this was a great place to relax after a busy day. great indoor pool keeps the kids happy while mom and dad can sit back. We travel alot, this will be on our place to stay list.

I discovered that room rate was lower that we were charged.Shower Moldy, No Hot water in the morning, Ran out of Food, plate bowls and utnetials., Clerk gave the wrong directions when leaving.Very disapointed in the hotel and staff.
