The 79-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Huntsville provides economy-priced accommodation both the leisure and business traveler. The three-story, non-smoking property is eight miles from Huntsville International Airport and located in the Cummings Research Park. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a hot breakfast, local telephone calls, parking and a morning newspaper. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and a short drive away are the US Space and Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal, Marshall Spaceflight Center, and Huntsville Botanical Gardens. There are three golf courses within easy driving distance and there are nature trails and tennis courts nearby.

The complimentary hot breakfast, with the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, is the only meal served here but there are several eating spots nearby including an IHOP, Longhorn Steakhouse and Rosie’s Cantina. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and exercise room. There is a fully equipped business center and the 24-hour front desk has a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel, safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. From Huntsville Airport (HSV) 8 miles: Go east out of the airport following the signs to Huntsville. Go nine miles to Exit 14, Research Park Blvd. Go north on Research Park Blvd. Take exit for 72W to Enterprise Way. Make a left on Enterprise Way and hotel is on the right-hand side behind IHOP.
